Rotarian Team Leader Dr Kate O'Brien with team members Amy Lythgoe, Daniel Reynolds, Richard Silvester and Natalie Ward from Rotary District 1280 in North West of England and the Isle of Man are visiting Rotary District 3780 in the Philippines to study Local Government and Tourism, and as Rotary Ambassadors of peace, goodwill and understanding. 15th March to 11th April 2013
I cannot believe that a whole week has passed since we were greeted at the airport by this fantastic banner last Saturday evening. This week has been so busy, so amazing, so informative,so tiring! The Clubs and our host families in Quezon City have treated us like royalty and we are humbled by their generosity and humanity. And thanks to the banner we are now know as "Manila's Most Wanted".
Thats Filipino hospitality. Filipinos are known for this trait. Filipinos like to make their guests “feel at home”. We're looking forward Dr. Kathlyn and the rest of the GSE Team for your more visit to the Philippines and in our Rotary International District 3780, Quezon City, Philippines. From the bottom of our heart, thank you also for your "smile" and "love" for the philippines.
